Meet the people on your calls
No black boxes and no vanity metrics. You get a dedicated team, weekly reporting you can actually read, and full access to every tool, dashboard, and dollar. The people below are the people building your site, writing your content, and running your campaigns.
Joshua spent 15 years scaling venture-backed startups through multiple exits. Andrew spent over a decade producing Hollywood franchises on nine-figure budgets that had to perform on opening weekend. Dana ran large-scale consumer campaigns for Coca-Cola LatAm. Every account is owned by a senior strategist who has done this before in your industry.

Built by operators
Built by operators, not account managers

We tell you what's broken first
Before you buy a house you get an inspection. Structural, plumbing, electrical, roof. Same idea here. One prospect had fake backlinks left behind by a prior agency. Another was running ads into a site that could not convert them. A third was paying $1,196 per lead. We name the problem before we quote the work.

A senior strategist owns your account
At a national agency you become account number 47, and the person who sold you is not the person running your program. Whoever is on your weekly call here has done this before in your industry. No handoff to a junior AM after the contract is signed.

What works in SaaS shows up in construction
The account-based marketing playbook we run for commercial contractors came out of venture-backed software. A niche construction-only shop cannot give you that, and a 500-person national agency will not go deep enough to try.
What we build
The infrastructure that lets you scale.
Three layers, built in order. Running ads before the first two are in place is how contractors get burned, and it is the most common thing we walk into.
What we build
/01
The site that converts
Most contractor sites are brochures. We rebuild yours around the way a property manager, facility director, or GC actually evaluates a bid: proof of similar work, scope clarity, safety record, and one obvious next step. Simpson Unlimited's site had not been touched since the mid-2000s. After the rebuild they saw 50%+ more traffic in 30 days and 15x more phone calls.
- Mobile-first build your team can edit
- Bid-ready proof, project galleries, safety credentials
- Every workflow and funnel tested before launch
What we build
/02
The tracking layer
You can't scale what you can't trace. We install HubSpot, migrate your data, train your team on it, wire conversion tracking to every form and phone number, and stand up website deanonymization so you know which companies are already looking at you. Chaffee Roofing's CRM was connected with full conversion tracking in year one. That same year they added $1M+ in revenue.
- CRM setup, migration, and hands-on training
- Call and form attribution down to campaign level
- Website deanonymization and analytics
What we build
/03
The demand engine
SEO, content, paid, and account-based marketing run as one program with one owner. Total Wrecking came to us with a well-designed site and no SEO behind it. Year one: 200% more website traffic, 25% more organic search traffic, and 10x more inbound phone calls.
- SEO and GEO pages built on the searches your buyers use
- ABM against 50 to 200 named target accounts
- Paid campaigns priced back to your close rate
Proof it works
Proof it works. See their sites if you want to check.
Every case study names the client, the numbers, and how we got them. No anonymous logos and no fine print.

AnchoRock
Five employees, no sales and marketing bench, and no online presence to get in front of customers or investors. We ran the subject matter interviews, built the site, wrote the content, and ran the campaigns as an extension of the company. Inbound leads went from close to nothing to a working pipeline, and revenue grew without an outbound sales motion. KPA acquired them in late 2023.

The first 180 days
Crawl. Walk. Jog. Then run.
We can't build anything until the foundation is there. We don't make money in the first 90 days either, we're building. The money shows up when you scale, which is the whole reason 9 out of 10 clients stay.
01.
Day 1 - Discovery
The discovery call and the plan
We walk your team through our 25-point discovery document on the first call. Which services you want to sell more of. Who your ICP actually is. The areas you serve today and the ones you want to expand into. Then we go find out what you're up against.
- Competitive audit: how each competitor is positioned, what they rank for, where they run ads, how they differentiate, and where you can outrank them
- Website audit, initial SEO action plan, and the technical fixes list
- Every workflow and funnel on your site tested, so we know where leads leak out
- Delivered after the call: your go-to-market plan with a 6-month and 12-month action plan
02.
Day 1 to 30 Crawl
Foundation
Infrastructure goes in before anything gets spent on demand. By day 14, conversion tracking, CRM integration, analytics, and website deanonymization are live, and your Google Business Profile and core landing page are reviewed and published. By day 30, the research and go-to-market plan are delivered, and the 6-month content calendar, landing pages, updated service pages, and GEO optimization pages are live.
We also start interviewing your existing customers for case studies in month one, because proof is what makes everything after this work harder.
03.
Day 30 to 60 Walk
Fix the leaky bucket
Friction in follow-up is where most contractors lose the job. If it takes your team more than an hour to get back to someone, you're losing. If you can respond in a minute, you're winning, and automation is what makes a minute possible.
Booking an inspection or getting a project scoped should be simple. Someone who needs a commercial service business shouldn't have to work to hire you. So in the first 60 days we stand up the funnels, the automations, and the workflows that carry a lead from form fill to booked appointment without a human remembering to do it.
Day 60: lead flow starts scaling.
04.
Day 60 to 90 Jog
Launch the ads
Ads go live at day 90, once the landing pages, the tracking, and the infrastructure are all live. That timing depends on you having high-quality assets. We can create them for you. But if you have no trust elements on the page, you are not ready to run ads, and that is the single biggest problem we walk into.
Day 90: ranking movement is visible and the pipeline starts compounding.
05.
Month 4 and beyond Run
Run
All systems go, at scale. Map Pack movement begins around day 120. By day 180 the goal is top three rankings plus the expansion phase, and the ROI stops being incremental.

run
All Systems Go!
Everything is live, everything is tracked, and the program is running at scale. Here is what you're actually looking at by month four.

Call tracking on every number
A tracked number on every landing page, service page, GBP listing, and ad. When the phone rings you know which campaign made it ring, which keyword the caller searched, and what that call cost. Total Wrecking went to 10x inbound calls in year one, and we could tell them where each one came from.
Appointments booked and held
We track these separately, because a booked call nobody shows up to is not a lead. Booked tells you the marketing worked. Held tells you the follow-up worked. When the gap opens up, we fix the confirmation sequence rather than buying more traffic.
Real conversations, less spam
Your team spends its day talking to homeowners and property managers who already know who you are, not filtering junk forms. Malone went to 10x qualified inbound leads with spam filtered out. That is the difference between a busy phone and a profitable one.
Map Pack and top three
Map Pack movement starts around day 120. Top three rankings and the expansion phase into adjacent markets are the day 180 goal. Once you own the local pack you stop paying for the clicks you used to rent.
ABM against named accounts
We build the list of 50 to 200 companies you most want to work with, map the owners, VPs, and facility directors inside them, and keep you visible across the entire 3 to 18 month commercial sales cycle. You get on the bid list before the RFP goes out.
Every dollar attributed
Spend traced to the lead, the booked appointment, and the closed deal. You know what a job costs to win and which channel wins the most of them. No impressions, no reach.
Accountability
Real people. Real numbers. Real access.

Why clients stay for years

9 out of 10 clients stick with us year after year, and we hold a 5.0 rating on every platform that scores us. The reason is simple. We treat your budget like our own money and we show our work every week.
Taylor Thorn, Co-Founder & CEO
Estes Media was essential to AnchoRock's market success and eventual acquisition by a major investor. As a small team with minimal sales experience, we needed an autonomous, expert agency—Joshua Estes's team delivered beyond expectations and increased our market share with a winning strategy. I highly recommend them.
AnchoRock

Roman Malone, President
You guys treated us as more than just a customer. I'm really impressed by how you took the time to truly understand who we are and our people to build our brand, rather than just putting out generic ads. If you're going to sell a brand, you have to know it—and you did exactly that.
Malone Corp.

Sandy Bodami, Director
Estes Media knows their stuff and they are an amazing marketing ally. I could not recommend them more to anyone who is looking for a new marketing partner or SEO company to bring on board.
Total Wrecking & Environmental

Peter Chaffee, President
Estes Media's unique approach sets them apart. They truly understand our industry, commercial roofing, providing strategic insights and meticulous content review. In a world of generic, cookie-cutter content, their expertise shines through to deliver authentic high-quality work that resonates with our audience. They are the real deal.
Chaffee Roofing

Dan Saportas, Vice President
Estes Media have been essential partners in developing our sales and marketing plans. Whether it's CRM, a new website, SEO, advertising, or content strategy, they have leveled us up from a D to an A.

The filter
We don't take on everyone. Here's the filter.
We take on companies where we're confident we can win, then give them everything we have. Saying no to the rest is how the first part stays true.
Good fit
Commercial B2B doing $5M to $100M in revenue
Average project size where one extra job pays for the program
Owner, VP, or head of sales who wants to 2x or 3x in three years
Burned by a previous agency, especially a large one
Willing to fix the foundation before spending on ads
Roofing, HVAC, general contracting, demolition, builders, developers, suppliers, manufacturers
Not a fit
Two guys and a ladder
Residential under $5K a month in ad spend with no video
Wants to buy one channel and keep the rest in-house
Wants the ads live before the site and tracking are fixed
Has no trust elements and no willingness to build any
Wants to do most of the work themselves
What it costs
Single-service engagements start at $2,500 a month. Website rebuilds run $5,000 to $40,000 depending on whether you need a rewrite, a template build, or a custom build and how many pages. Full programs get quoted after the audit and priced by deliverable, never by the hour.
Agreements run annual, because the crawl-walk-jog-run build takes a year to compound and we would rather tell you that up front than surprise you in month three.
